The closest I have been able to identifying this doll is Baby Charming by Goldberger, that later became the Eeegee Doll Co

Head is unmarked except for the number 24 on the neck, including head / neck socket as well.

The elastic, strung, articulated body is in perfect condition and is composition, but I think it is a replacement body.

Blue sleep eyes and rockers are intact and work well.

I put a sweet vintage dress on the doll, not original, but it fits.

I am hoping someone is able to attach the head.
